Who we are

Wusat is run by Rameel, a sole trader based in London. If you have any questions about how your information is used, email hello@wusat.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, clinic name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number, the treatments you're interested in and your message.

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange and follow up on a call you've asked for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you sent us. We don't sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

• Our form provider, which receives the form and passes it to our inbox.
• Our email provider, which stores our correspondence.
• Our website host, which serves this site.

Each acts on our instructions under its own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

If we don't go on to work together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, we keep business records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email hello@wusat.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
